I loved being able to "self-check in". This was very convenient since our flight times and delays had us arrive late and leaving very early in the morning before staff was there. Convenienly right on the bus line for a quick 15 minute ride to downtown Venice!

Perfect hotel just 15min away from Venice

We were so glad we didn't book a hotel in Venice. The accomodation was just perfect. The busstop to get to Venice right in front of the hotel and it took us just 15min to get there. The best about it was how clean the room was and that parking was for free. Lucia was a great host. We can highly recommend this place.

Less than ideal

Room was spacious and clean but nothing special. The sheets were stale and quite uncomfortable. Also, we could hear everything in lobby and kitchen area which made sleeping difficult at times. Late check in was nice and simple.

Sehr stilvolle, saubere Einrichtung, freundliche Kommunikation, schnelle Anbindung an Nahverkehr. Gastronomie im Ort begrenzt. Aufpassen mit den Buslinien, kauft man vom falschen Unternehmen kostet das z. B. auf der Fahrt vom Flughafen nach Mestre 50 Euro Strafe, obwohl man eine gültige Fahrkarte, allerdings vom "anderen" Busunternehmen hat.

Great place for a 1 night stay before ar after you fly. Although it would be comfortable for a longer stay too. Lovely room and spotlessly clean. P.S. Great pizza restaurant, Colors, nearby.

Everyone was wonderful! The management (Lucia) was very helpful and accommodating. She was extremely communicative before we arrived and check in was super smooth! Additionally, all the information about how to navigate into venice was organized in the lobby and so easy to use! Walk outside the front door about 100ft and you take Bus 19 all the way to Venice. So easy! If you are looking for a place to stay when visiting Venice, don’t hesitate to stay here. It is absolutely perfect.

Die Lage war gut, das Zimmer geschmackvoll und vor allem sehr sauber! Lucia war sehr sympathisch und nett, wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen! Das Einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, waren Espressotassen, die gehören für uns dazu, aber alles Andere war wirklich perfekt!!!

Es ist ein kleine süßes Hotel. Lucia ist sehr sehr nett und hilfebereit. Sie ist echt klasse. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und super sauber. Sie verdient auf jedenfall ein dickes Lob.

16 hour layover - perfect hotel!

I had a 16 hour layover in Venice and was looking for somewhere close to the airport with easy transportation to Piazza Roma. The Villa was a perfect fit for this quick trip. The room was spacious, quiet neighborhood, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. I was offered breakfast but did not accept as I had to catch an early bus to the airport. The bed was crisp and clean and comfortable. The bus stop is only a few meters from the Villa, which would make for easy access with luggage pieces but I only had a small travel backpack. I would recommend this hotel for quick trips, or longer stays. As it is about 9 stops from Piazza Roma it would be worth your hotel money savings to stay at this Villa - and spend the extra money on food and beverage closer to San Marco.

Mooie schone accomodatie.

Mooi verbouwde villa, schoon, ruime kamer van alle gemakken voorzien, en met een goed ontbijt. Makkelijke verbinding met de bus, naar de luchthaven of het centrum . 2 bushaltes op 200 meter.

Nice and simple

Unlike the hustle with other places, this one had no problem with late arrival. As for the place, it was excelent had parking. No too many guests like in a regular hotel, quiet place and cozy.
