Nice hotel and lovely bar. Good location just outside city centre. Free coffee, fruit and croissants in the morning was very convenient!

Location right across from the central train station was verz convenient for us! Room is small, but very clean and we were satisfied with the stay. WiFi connection works well as does the air conditioning.

Definitely one of the best stay and experience in Venlo, The Netherlands and possibly the most enjoyable Europe stay. The staff service is impeccable especially Miss Bo who is super attentive to your needs and very friendly which made a difference to our stay. Rest of staff is as good but didn’t managed to get their names. Thanks again.

Very nice hotel but price was high vs service
Overall ok staying, comfortable bed, the room size is fit, only downside for me is no hairdryer or shampoo/shower gel available, there was just a soap. Rest was all ok.

I did not like my experience with Mr. Jigs. I went in, and they have no clear front desk, so I started walking further into the hotel to see if they had a different area and one of the employees stopped me in front of a bunch of other people, which was embarrassing. It's not like they couldn't tell I was looking for the front desk with my 3 suitcases. Then, I had to go downstairs from my room to ask for the wifi password, and the employee looked at me like I was stupid, but there were no other ways I could get the wifi. Lastly, I wanted some food because I hadn't eaten anything all day, but the only way I could get food was to go outside in the rain and find a restaurant. What kind of hotel doesn't have food. The only thing that made my experience not as awful as it was at the beginning was the one nice employee that offered me a croissant and water the next morning. Long story short, I will never stay with Mr. Jigs again.

Venlo short stay.
Just stopped by venlo for one night with a friend, hotel is between train bus station and town so good location. Nice complimentary croissant and coffee in the morning.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer über Pfingsten. Das Zimmer war groß und modern. Morgens wird ein kleines süßes Frühstück serviert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut, das Personal extrem freundlich, die Lage ruhig und dennoch zentral. Wir kommen wieder.

Guter Rückzugsort in der Lobby, vor allem bei schlechterem Wetter und da zentral gelegen auch schnell möglich. Wir würden es hier noch besser finden, wenn es auch ein ‘gesünderes‘ und alternativeres Getränkeangebot geben würde als in Venlo generell so üblich. Service sehr freundlich und entspannt. Zimmer war sehr schön, nur hätten wir uns nachts eine bessere Luftqualität gewünscht, eine Klimaanlage ersetzt eben kein offenes Fenstergefühl.

Wij verbleven tijdens vastelaovend in een familiekamer. Genoeg ruimte en mooie kamer. Mijn zoontje wilde graag een bank erbij. Ook erg fijn dat er sochtends een gratis croissantje is.

Prima hotel, heel goede locatie, maar wel erg basic kamer met badkamer die weinig privacy biedt. Wel lekker koffie en croissants.

Doen!!!
Op 1e Kerstdag aangekomen. Prettige en gastvrije ontvangst! De lounge was smaakvol versierd. Ik had een comfortkamer op de 1e verdieping! Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf is aanwezig. Lekker bed! Temperatuur kamer goed te regelen. De volgende keer ga ik hier weer logeren!
