Boasting a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, the villa "Preciosa Denia" is located in El Vergel. This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable and satellite TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. 3 baby cots and 2 high chairs are also available.

Klein aber Fein

Sehr schöne kleine Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmer und Pool. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Aussenkühlschrank und Gasgrill vorhanden. Wir haben sehr viel draussen gekocht und gegessen. Der Strand ist ca. 10min. Fussmarsch entfernt. Die Hausübergabe und Abnahme war unkompliziert, sehr nette Familie.
