「Overall good stay. Hotel location is very good and is about 15-minute drive to the airport. What disappointed us was nobody helped us on luggages during the check-in. While I was parking the car in the carpark nearby, my wife had to move 4 suitcases herself from lobby to the room」

「Nice check in wirh a glass of port. Very friendly receptionist. We had a river view and there is a busy road but no traffic noise in the room. Very easy to get to the main riverside area but far enough away to be quiet.」

「Amazing location! Stayed at the apartments. Great view of the water. Few steps away from lots of restaurants by the water. Great space! Clean, modern yet still had lots of character. So charming! Aircondition worked great. Room gets nice and cold. Wish housekeeping was more accessible. Stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and our room was never serviced. Check in lobby is in a different building where the hotel is, a few steps away from the apartments. The code to get inside the building didn’t work...
