2 days in Porto

Nice SPA with perfoming swiming pool, sauna and hammam. Needs 5€ for the entrance but it's a real plus during the stay. Breakfast and bar (also external patio for smokers) are fine while dinners would perhaps need some additional spices. Rooms are large and highly valuable versus their affordable prices. Multilingual speaking staff guarantee eqsy check-in and check-out operations

Our room was excellent. The people who work here are amazing, always very helpful and pleasant. The front desk and bar tender were exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel. Had a massage and the lady was great and you can’t beat the price. There is a small grocery store around the corner to get snacks.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. With only a partial glass curtain for the shower it was difficult to keep water from spraying from the shower onto the floor. The indoor parking was too narrow to navigate so we opted to park outside at the back of the property.

Excellence

The hotel is not in the city, but only a 10 minute walk to the metro at the end of the yellow line. Easy access to everywhere. Other people have complained that the pool is small - it’s not Olympic sized but is plenty deep enough with various water features to make it great. The steam room and sauna are clean and efficient. The room on the 7th floor was big enough for my wife and me, with a large balcony and far reaching views, although the barrier was fairly low. Excellent breakfast (the toaster is in the corner and really slow, but that really is nit picking. The staff are the biggest asset to the hotel. Service with and smile, and help going far beyond the basics. Would I stay again? Yes please!

I had a terrific stay! Everyone from the housekeeping staff to the wait staff at the restaurant to the reception desk were all helpful, kind and willing to take the extra steps to make my stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. The spa was great, too!
