“We loved the tiny house experience. Nice quiet RV park. Communication was excellent. I thought from the listing we'd be in a more rural setting. My fault for not looking deeper at the location.”

“Rooms were clean and has all the things you would need for a trip. Also, lots of games for the kids to enjoy. However, the property is on the back side of the house with pathway and no lights on the pathway - making it quite a challenge to find in the darkness. Additionally, the property's electrical is make shift - as using the microwave tripped the circuit breaker in the morning affecting the breakfast. Also, reseting it requires messaging the host and they responded slowly to that request.”

“This little tiny home was so cute and cozy! My five year-old kept calling the loft bed up above his “treehouse“ and I couldn’t get him down from there! The place is set up very beautifully, plenty of dishes, towels, etc., to be used. Also had a dishwasher and a washing machine, which was very nice! Served as a great base camp for day trips to Ouray and Telluride. Can’t say enough about this rental. It was great!”

“The property was exactly what we needed for our National Parks trip. It was convenient to downtown Montrose, Ouray and the NP. The property was spotless, had a ton of character, very well-equipped with amenities and Jeff was extremely helpful in navigating our time in Montrose. There isn't a single reason we wouldn't stay here again. Thanks much!”

“The home was very clean, had everything that was needed and more. It was in a safe and quiet area of town. Close to the downtown and shopping areas. Montrose is a beautiful little city and has several great museums, restaurants, as well as fun places for shopping. The visitor center is conveniently located in downtown Montrose and friendly people are there to answer questions and give you tips on where to enjoy the outdoors. An easy day trip to Telluride, Grand Junction, and is Close to a State……
