Serene sanctuary filled with natural light. This gem of a beach house has spacious living, a screened lanai with pool, and a fenced-in backyard with a fire pit - perfect for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee or tea or a glass of wine, and taking in the salty air. Fully furnished with three bedrooms as well as a comfortable sofa bed. Easy access to Ocean Drive, historic downtown, and most importantly, steps to a private, deeded beach!

Primary bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom, second bedroom with two Twin beds, and a third bedroom with a Queen bed. All bedrooms have their own tv and sitting areas. Sofa sleeper available in the den. Guest bathroom with two sinks & full bath, as well as a powder room.

State-of-the-art chef’s kitchen that will inspire your culinary creativity. The spacious kitchen boasts a large island, perfect for meal prep. Enjoy the convenience of fully stocked cabinets filled with elegant dinnerware, ensuring you have everything you need for entertaining or family meals. Too much sun or rain in the forecast? My family of 5 loved staying at the house for the holidays. The beach is just a short walk and we also enjoyed the pool/hot tub right at the house. The house is really well equipped for everything we needed. Alex is a super responsive host and great to communicate with. We’ll certainly come back!
