「The hotel was pretty nice, the view and location was spectacular. Although my only complaint is that the comforter and pillows were very old and yellow. It also had a very old smell from the room. I am sensitive to smells.」

The staff at main hotel were superb and nothing too much trouble. The biggest thing for us was the fantastic breakfast offering for €12 the range of breakfast foods was amazing you won’t find that anywhere in else in Verona. 「The staff was great. Not much English but I’m in Italy. No issues communicating. The place is very convenient and easy to walk for dining and entertainment. The TV screen was smaller than the one I had in college but your not in Italy to watch TV. Slept great. Small shower but great water pressure and hot water. I’d happily stay here again.」

「Our room was beautiful with an amazing ceiling and lovely bathroom. We really enjoyed the special coffee machine in the common area as well as the little treats provided in that area. We also greatly appreciated having the filtered water station and that it also dispensed sparkling water was a lovely surprise. Aside from the amenities, we found the location convenient to exploring Verona. All in all, a wonderful stay.」
