“The room is on the ground floor with a very small, practically unusable window — dark and uncomfortable. It feels more like a hostel due to the shared kitchen. The walls are extremely thin: you can hear neighbors, doors, and conversations as if there were no walls at all. The bathroom lacks privacy, and the plumbing and water heater are very noisy — using the toilet at night will likely wake everyone up.

“We were disappointed with our stay at Verona Maison. We were having connectivity issues through our stay in Italy. We were unable to respond to the owner regarding our arrival time until the morning of our arrival day and then only by phone. “The staff was great. Not much English but I’m in Italy. No issues communicating. The place is very convenient and easy to walk for dining and entertainment. The TV screen was smaller than the one I had in college but your not in Italy to watch TV. Slept great. Small shower but great water pressure and hot water. I’d happily stay here again.”
