It also included a clothes washer and semi-kitchen. though we did not need to use them. The best part was the communication with the staff. “Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Our room was new, very clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. Amazing water pressure in the shower! Nice amenities in the bathroom. Big negative was street noise. Our annex room was ground floor and very noisy. The bed is next to the only window and also next to the neighboring apartment building front door. You will hear everything. The AC kept turning off our first night and it was very hot in Verona during our stay. I would stay at the Wega again but only in the main building.”
