We also greatly appreciated having the filtered water station and that it also dispensed sparkling water was a lovely surprise. Aside from the amenities, we found the location convenient to exploring Verona. All in all, a wonderful stay.」

Personale gentile e disponibile. Avevo bisogno di lasciare la macchina parcheggiata dopo il check-out e me l'hanno fatta lasciare all'interno del loro parcheggio senza problemi, l'importante è non sforare l'orario delle 20.00, perché chiudono i cancelli e poi se non hai la chiave...

「Our room was new, very clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. Amazing water pressure in the shower! Nice amenities in the bathroom. Big negative was street noise. Our annex room was ground floor and very noisy. The bed is next to the only window and also next to the neighboring apartment building front door. You will hear everything. The AC kept turning off our first night and it was very hot in Verona during our stay. I would stay at the Wega again but only in the main building.」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「I gave one star because we were asked to pay 10euro per bicycle to park inside. It's ridiculous. We cycle a lot and it has never happened before. Verona is a big hub for cyclist and not posting this information is just misleading.」
