“Really lovely hotel. Great drinks on the all inclusive package and some very nice staff.”

“I had a 4 day trip with my 7 year old daughter and so researched like a dog with a bone, as I needed to be sure I could find a balance of solo-adult / child friendly amenities. This hotel was perfect, I was so pleased. First of all, the food - considering all inclusive - was absolutely fantastic, as were most of the drinks. The kids club and evening entertainment kept us both happy, as I got a few hours here and there to myself, plus we got to do things together evening, given the entertainment……

“Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. Bed was comfy Room appeared clean, but there were tiny bugs that were around the room in places. This hotel attracts a lot of older / retired people, and lots of different……

“Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside ”

“Great location and staff were lovely. Lots of cockroaches around and room clean is questionable. Asked for room to be sprayed because it was full of flies and a couple of cockroaches. Someone came out and did it quickly. Kept them at bay for less than 15 hours Asked for the room to be cleaned and floor swept. Unfortunately mess was still there from previous occupants Kitchen well stocked, towels were not replaced unless asked. Pool heated but couldn’t see the hot tub anywhere Location is……

“Clean and tidy hotel in great location to bars, restaurants and short walk to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff that work hard to make for a great stay. Lovely little roof top terrace, the pool is warm and the bar serves nice cocktails. Booked by my daughter who stayed here with her family last year. Will be back!”

“On arrival at 9pm , check in was smooth, we were informed we were being upgraded to an UP room, which was nice. However we were given room 642 which is in the corner of the hotel, room itself was nice , great shower in room but balcony had pigeon droppings on balcony rail and floor, I noticed other balconies in this area had same problem. On complaining the following morning we were at first offered a room on 3rd floor which was not as good and was in floor of hotel being renovated. We informed……
