“房間的熱水跟溫度很好，飯店離碼頭只有5分鐘的距離且只需過一個橋，不用提行李上下。因環保因素不提供洗髮精與牙膏牙刷。 當天我們被安排在櫃臺旁的無障礙房間，聽的到櫃臺人員打噴嚏的聲音...而我們的房間早在去年9月即訂房，而不是候補進去的。 另因房間wifi收訊很差，故請櫃臺協助處理wifi無法連線的問題，櫃臺只進來晃了一圈，說他手機的收訊很好就走了...請他協助更換房間也被置之不理，覺得很沮喪。”

“位置是超方便，旅遊景嘆息橋和聖馬可廣場也在附近。酒店房的窗外風景更是一流。早餐雖選擇不多，但質素唔錯。酒店職員的服務亦相當到位。”

“酒店的地理位置非常方便，到教堂或督督宮等景點只要步行4分鐘便可。步行1分鐘便有小型超市且營業到晚上11點，方便遊客。酒店的早餐美味但選擇不多。房間在上年裝修過，貼比新淨，睡床和枕頭也很舒適，整體來說我們都非常滿意。”

“Good location, nice staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is satisfied. Althogh the price is no cheap, it's a good choice to stay near the hottest scenic spots in Venice. However, the materials in the ketchen sink were not clean. We cleaned all the cups, plates, goblets, and the electric kettle by ourselves before use. The wifi is very slow in the room, but is okay in the reception room as well as in the dining room.”

“這個旅館無論地點，房間都十分的好，服務人員十分友善，在庭院的早餐不但豐盛，還可以有現做的咖啡和炒蛋可以選。房間有數量充足的mini bar。唯一的缺點，就是不便宜。隔壁有個評價不錯的餐廳，入口在橋底下的那個，我們也很喜歡。”

“Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. ”
