"This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace. While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service. "Room was spotless and had great views over the water towards the grand canal. Lovely that it is just outside of the hustle and bustle with plenty of cafes/ restaurants close by. Arsenale waterbus stop is just a few minutes from the door which was so handy. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and anything we had was nice. We also had a few drinks sitting outside the hotel one evening which was beautiful watching the sunset and very reasonable pricing. Staff were fantastic, had no issues at...

"Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!"

"Stayed as a couple and the location was perfect . On the doorstep of a small piazza with a greay vibe, restaurants, a bar, gelato and shopping. 4 min walk from the water bus. The property is like the top floor of an apartment. Need to walk up the stairs to get there as i assume most properties in venice are like that if they are listed buildings. Small shower but the room was very comfortable, lots of light in the apartment. "
