Quinta da Victória - Casa 7

Casa 7 is your retreat in Viana do Castelo – with two bedrooms, private terrace, and modern amenities, it's ideal for couples or families. Enjoy GBit Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, Sonos system, and air conditioning. The pool, barbecue area, and bike rental at the Quinta are also at your disposal. Only 100 m from the Camino de Santiago and within walking distance to the sea.

Casa 7 features two cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and an additional sofa bed for extra flexibility. The private terrace invites you to relax outdoors. With a fully equipped kitchen, GBit Wi-Fi, Sonos system in each bedroom, Smart TVs, and air conditioning, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Pets are welcome upon prior registration and for a small fee.
The house is part of a gated complex with eight units sharing the garden and the pool.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Free parking is available along the street. Parking within the courtyard is reserved for guests with disabilities and must be requested in advance.
The Quinta is only 100 m from the Camino de Santiago and within walking distance to the sea.
A baby cot can be provided upon request (limited availability, €12/week).
Pets are charged at €11 per night and must be registered in advance.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Music and TV are allowed – please keep doors and windows closed at higher volume

Visitors

Visitors are allowed but may not stay overnight

Please keep the number of visitors reasonable

Waste Separation

Waste separation is mandatory in Portugal (paper, plastic, glass, general waste)

Containers are located in the room to the left of the main entrance

Access code is the same as for your house

Air Conditioning and Energy

Keep windows and doors closed while the air conditioner is on

Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house

The property is fully powered by green electricity

Fireplace

Not available in Casa 7

Towels

White bathroom towels may not be used at the pool or beach

Special beach towels are available:
– €5 per week per item (rental)
– €15 per item (purchase)

Laundry and Cleaning

Final cleaning is included

Weekly cleaning for longer stays

Mid-stay cleaning available on request for an extra fee

Vacuum cleaner available in each house

Washing machine available in the shared laundry room

Laundry may be hung in the house, on the terrace, or in the laundry room

Outdoor Areas

Pool, garden, barbecue area, and lounge with foosball are available to all guests

Barbecue must be reserved using the QR code on-site

Barbecue tools are provided – charcoal must be brought by guests (available in the shop)

Hanging Laundry

Laundry may only be hung inside your house, on your terrace, or in the laundry room

Hanging in shared areas or reserving sun loungers is not permitted

We reserve the right to remove such items

Damages

Please report any damage or loss directly on-site

Guests are liable for major damages

We reserve the right to charge for damaged inventory or heavily soiled towels and bed linen

Safety

Each house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit

Portugal’s emergency number is 112
