“Our room was not great. Read reviews before booking and sounded like rooms were clean and many updated. Ours was not one of them unfortunately. Would not recommend. Restaurant that was very close by was really good”

“Awesome”

“The beautiful property was within walking distance to town. They had lovely landscaping and flowers. It's known for the evening meal though we didn't eat there. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Everything we wanted!”

“Staff were nice and cooperative.”

“Très belle endroit avec une vue magnifique L’endroit est propre et le personnel gentil et accueillant”

“Very nice place but a little dirt on the ceiling fan. We had a good time.”

“The most amazing view from the property. Lonnie was super accommodating when we arrived and great to chat with.”

“沒有電梯 大行李不方便 ”

“This was everything we hoped it would be. Unique, private, clean, well equipped as it should be and convenient to the North coast for all the beauty and wilderness it has to offer. Everything worked except for the weather which no one can control. When I come back to Cape Breton, I will be booking Blue Bayou again and well in advance since it will soon be a must for thousands of Cabot Trail visitors throughout the season.”

“Excellent experience. Really love it. Breakfast is delicious. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Resorts are so beautiful.”

“Beautiful location an a nice little inn.”

“Our room was clean but on the small side. The included breakfast was meager, some bread and jam and cold cereal with coffee and orange juice. Dinner was not very good. As the price was fair for what we got I probably come back again”
