2 BRDM MODERN Suite in Royal Bay w/ Ocean View

NEWLY Built House with a Gorgeous Self-Contained Suite. Come enjoy the amazing views of the ocean in this bright 2 BDRM Unit!

High speed WiFi and Cable TV included. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry so you can enjoy this beautiful home away from home! Self-check-in available for ease of access.

Two bedrooms with Queen sized beds (sleeps 4), and the living room also has a sofa that can be flattened for a 5th guest.
For bookings made for less than 5 guests, please inform us ahead of time if you are intending on using the sofa bed. We will inform the cleaner so that it can be set up for your stay (extra fee will apply).

Families with small children are welcome however please be aware that no family amenities are provided in the suite. Also, there is no dishwasher, guests will be responsible for washing their own dishes.

The home is beautiful with an absolutely amazing view. Access to the home was easy and instructions were clear. The home is equipped with all of the amenities one could possibly need. We were there for the Victoria Marathon and it was the perfect place to rest up and recover from the race. The apartment was spotless and located a short drive from Victoria and East Sooke - where whales were spotted from shore while hiking!Victoria has many attractions that we enjoyed: Hatley and Craigdamoor Castles, Butchart Gardens (don't miss evening lights/concerts there - it's pure magic!), Lieutenant Governor's Gardens, Inner Harbor, Fisherman's Wharf.

Super good value for money. With a car, it’s easy to access. Perfect for 4 people. Mindful that this place is about 30 minutes drive from downtown Victoria. Good if you are visiting Hayley Castle and the Fisgard Lighthouse as they are close by. Will come back if I visit Victoria again.

We loved this place. The view is fantastic. Ek and Gabrielle were the perfect hosts. Public transport is virtually non- existent, so you will need a car unless you aren’t bothered about getting into Victoria we used Uber a lot and that worked ok.
