    Perched on the side of an exclusive neighbourhood on Bear Mountain you’ll find Mount Finlayson View Villa.



    This stunning property offers guests a seven bedroom, five bathroom, two kitchen home with a hot tub, A Golf putting room and breathtaking views of Mount Finlayson.

    The Home



    On the main floor, guests will find a stunning, open plan living space with a large chef's kitchen, soaring cathedral ceilings in the living room, a formal and casual dining area, incredible outdoor spaces, plus a primary and secondary bedroom.



    On the second floor guests will find a lovely office area, two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower floor of the home not only offers guests a separate suite but also has a four-person hot tub and indoor golf putting green! With a stunning, full-sized kitchen, lovely living room, dining area and three extra bedrooms, the lower suite is both comfortable and self-contained.



    There is so much to see and do in the Bear Mountain area! It’s an ideal place to visit if you’re looking for an upscale neighbourhood where you can access world-class facilities, amenities, and incredible outdoor recreation!

    Visit the Bear Mountain resort to enjoy the golf courses, spa, gym, pool, and restaurants! In the closest town, Langford, you’ll find all the amenities that you need to make your stay comfortable and lots of places for family fun and just steps from your front door, guests will also find beautiful, forested trails for hiking and biking!



    A short drive north will take you to the Cowichan Valley where you can visit some of the best wineries in Canada and a twenty minute drive to the south will take you to downtown Victoria, the capital of British Columbia! This is my third stay with a group at this property. It is immaculate and well-appointed, with great areas for gathering and for relaxation, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub is an ideal place to decompress and there are three separate dining tables (two outdoors) that can seat up to 6 and a large one that seats 8 in the main dining room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the living spaces are numerous and comfortable. Great stay, as always! One of our group members left something behind and the agent was eager to help us get it back and went out of her way to do so.

This house is truly beautiful and exceptionally well kept. There is plenty of space to relax and gather, and it feels very homey while still offering a lovely touch of luxury. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking tools and equipment—everything needed to prepare meals—which made cooking easy and enjoyable.The view is absolutely spectacular and a highlight of the property. We loved the convenient access to nearby hikes, and downtown Victoria was very easy to reach—less than a 30-minute drive. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily return.

Spectacular property!! Modern, roomy, great location, clean and cozy😊 We loved it!! Bonus for us was seeing the Northern Lights off the deck. We’d highly recommend this property especially for a group wanting spaciousness!

Celebration of Life

The Bear Mountain house was perfect for our extended family to celebrate our mother, grandmother and great grandmother’s life. It is very well appointed with 2 kitchens, lots of dishes and glasses, cookware and spices. Beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their stay very much.

Beautiful Location and Luxurious House

Immaculate property. Spacious and well-appointed, with room to spread out and enjoy entertainment, meals, and relaxation. Beautiful location with fantastic views. We loved the comfortable beds, the kitchen, and the choices of places to dine both indoors and outdoors. This was my second stay at this property and I will seek it out again if I travel to Victoria with a big group again in the future.

We had a fantastic time. Donna welcomed us to the house which is unique in what I have experienced with VRBO. She was so helpful and explained the entire house, appliances, etc. Great location and the house looks even better in person than in the photos. Will definitely be back!

Large beautiful home. Ample room for 7 people. Very clean. Kitchen was fantastic. Bedrooms were large and clean. In fact there is 2 kitchens so there is a lot of room for storing food and beverages in 2 large fridges. The host was easy to communicate with and we had a lovely lady give us a tour of the whole house when we checked in.

Beyond my expectation!

Beautiful property, perfect for a family getaway. Only snag was the door code provided through the online app was incorrect. EMR was quick to provide us the correct door code and the rest of the stay was great!

The property itself is quite lovely and overall we enjoyed our stay. However, as soon as there was an issue the communication with the rental company was quite poor. The Hot Tub was not working which was a crucial piece as to why we booked the location. Clearly nobody had checked it prior to us arriving. We ended up spending a couple hours back and forth trying to solve the issue, which interrupted a part of our stay. When I asked for a partial refund, it took them over 2 weeks to get back to me, with multiple attempts and reminders on my part.

Perfect place for a family get together

We are eleven adults and a one year old. The house gave us plenty of space for different groupings for conversation or games, space to get away from the activities when needed, and the perfect location to easily get to the major attractions of the area. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, pot, or pan needed to prepare meals for everyone. Very comfortable!
