- Large private suite approximately with 900+ square feet. Within walking distance of Elk Lake and Mattick’s Farm. Hardwood throughout, cable TV, smart TV, induction hot plate, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Laundry room available in the main house with keypad entry access. Separate bedroom with desk and ample floor space, separate sitting room, living room and kitchen. Brand new bathroom, free parking and private key entry entrance. Situated on a four-acre hobby farm with an amazing view, patio space and a few friendly sheep and chickens to visit.
