I had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Empress. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Victoria and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Room was clean, housekeeping responsive with towels blankets pillows. Had room service but was dinner not breakfast. Did not try hot tub nor did I have a jetted tub. Underground parking included was a blessing. Amenities in room were excellent. Great location downtown near the waterfront was very walkable to restaurants and bars.

Close to the harbor and very scenic area. Bathroom light stayed on our whole trip. Could have nicer bed covering and sheets.
