「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」

「V helpful staffs!!! Thank you」

「The hotel experience was average overall. The stay was okay, but nothing particularly impressive. Some aspects could be improved to provide better comfort and service for guests. It was an acceptable stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.」

「Overall, the room is clean and comfortable except the outdoor environment is very dirty.」

「Cleanliness and spacious room are the most important for our family. Convenient location with DLR Royal Albert next by. Will stay again next time. 」

「到展覽中心非常方便 」

「Decent location. Easy car parking. The good points were breakfast. And a comfy bed. The negatives were no lift, and lots of steep stairs. The shower was very complicated to operate and took ages to reach a decent temperature and the control of the temperature was very stiff. No water provided. All in all bit run down.」

「FRAUD. Fully paid online yet staff at check-in claims hotel received no money and demand full payment again. Unfriendly staff. Free wi-fi running at 0.7mb , otherwise ask for GBP 5 per day. 」
