However, the advertised onsite gym is actually located in another building next door and requires an additional fee, which was not mentioned at the time of booking or during check-in. I specifically asked about the onsite gym again at check-in and was not informed of any surcharge. "

"I had difficulty with the the keyless entry system,not a tech minded person,but i was suitably impressed with it,same when I tried the tv set up too which wasn't working so I got another room without hassle,bed was as comfy as too,nice flowing shower and warm room through out and well priced too"

We arrived quite early and asked about early check-in, and the front desk kindly accommodated us, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight, with great quality and lovely service."
