“A great price for a convenient city centre hotel. The room was not big but absolutely suited us for a midweek overnight stay, comfortable bed, good powerful hot shower and tea/coffee making facilities for the morning. Helpful staff, late night bar service and a good midday checkout made for a very pleasant experience. ”

“Lovely clean hotel. 15 min walk from Newcastle city centre and close to public transport options. Italian restaurant attached who were happy to provide food to take back to the room (food was excellent too!). Staff were really friendly and helpful and having a grab and go breakfast you child pre order was a great option ”

“Pros: close to train station and restaurants, great breakfast (semi-buffet), value for money Cons: room is a but dusty, and some rooms are located in between 2 floors so you need to climb a few steps with your luggage, rmb to send a note to the hotel if you carry heavy luggage to avoid such rooms.”

“酒店离Jesmond地铁站很近，离市中心也近。酒店服务好，早餐好，也很安静。唯一的不足是电梯不是直达每一层。我住的层没有电梯直达，而行李很重，所以，需要搬一层才能到房间。如果是女士，就会觉得搬行李不方便。”
