「It was an amazing trip, and the house was fun to stay in. The only "negative " was how stict the parking enforcement is. I know there is a sign posted stating the parking rules, so the liability is on us, but to get a parking ticket for having the tire on the white line sucks. 「Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. 「This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors.
