Das Haus war bei Ankunft sauber. Der Außenbereich ist im Sommer mit Kindern wirklich toll. Genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und Spielfläche für die Kinder. Wir konnten auch die Sauna nutzen, was zusätzlichen Komfort bietet. Die Straße verläuft direkt vor dem Haus und hat diejenigen, die ihr Zimmer zur Straße hatten, schon gestört. Im Sommer mit geöffnetem Fenster ist es laut. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden. Fahrradweg befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus. Nach Saalbach und zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind es ca. 6 km.

Es war ein schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Haus. In der Nähe der Skibushaltestelle, in der Nähe des Liftes nach Zell-am-See, 10 Minuten am ersten Lift, 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Saalbach.

Das Haus hat viel Platz und eine gute Lage. Zu den Ausflugszielen wie Tauern Spa, Sommerrodelbahn Maisiflitzer, Schmittenhöhe, Zeller See, Lamprechtshöhle, Oldtimer Museum sind wir mit dem Auto nur 15-20min gefahren. Größerer Supermarkt und Baumarkt waren ca.10min entfernt. Gewerbegebiet in Zell am See mit Lidl, Hofer, New Yorker, dm, Baumarkt, etc. war ca. 20min entfernt. Getränkemarkt gab es auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Ferienhaus. Wir haben abends immer zusammen gekocht, nur am letzten Tag haben wir Pizza bestellt. Ca. 1min vom Haus entfernt ist eine Sparkasse und davor 2 Ladestationen für E-Autos.

In Bezug auf die Lage war die Lage großartig, viel zu tun in der Umgebung, auch mit Kindern. Aber direkt vor unserem Haus wurde an der Straße gearbeitet, so dass wir jeden Morgen um 7 Uhr von einer sehr schweren Bohrmaschine geweckt wurden und eigentlich den ganzen Tag nicht richtig draußen sitzen konnten wegen des Lärms und des ganzen Staubs, der durch die Arbeit verursacht wurde. Oft konnten wir das Haus auch nicht mit dem Auto erreichen, weil Kräne im Weg standen. Aber die Umgebung; wunderschön!!!
