The bed is great! Pizza is very good. The shower does get hot, I promise. You just have to give it a chance! Front desk was very helpful after a flight with lost luggage!

Wonderful stay

The property is very nice, and it’s located near the airport which is very convenient! The front desk was so nice and helpful, which truly stood out to me. I recommend this hotel to any traveler, it’s convenient, the service is great, and the bar was a lifesaver!

The beds were most comfortable. The room was nice, but we only spent five hours there due to tight travel connections. The hotel is not really at the airport. It is a 10 minute/20 Euro ride each way. It would have been cheaper and less hassle (the cab transfers) had we stayed at the hotel that is actually at the airport/train station.

The hotel was super clean, the staff was very attentive. They speak English, helped me with a late check in and gave my advice when I got sick. There location is a short 10-15 min ride from the airport. The neighborhood around the hotel is mostly residential and industrial not a lot of things to do, perfect for someone stopping for a night of rest or leaving the next morning out of Vienna.

The lady at the reception was friendly, there was a problem finding a parking. If you need to book this hotel you need to know that there is no one at the reception between 11 pm and 6 am, also there was a problem with parking, because there is no enough parking spots at the property. So you have to think twice before booking this hotel.

Good hotel, poor service.

Travelled for business arriving at 11am. Luckily I emailed the hotel about something before I arrived and they informd me the reception was not manned at that time of night. The key was very easy to retrive from the machine using the code they provided. The room was nice. Unfortunately first flush toilet and it filled constantly and loudly for the next five hours resulting in very little sleep. I tried calling the out of hours number twice to arrange an alternative room but there was no reply so I emailed reception. The next morning the man on reception had my email but said he couldnt discuss recompence until the office staff were in, after my departure. I agrred they could email a response when they got into work, and paid the bill assuming I would get a partial refund after the fact. I have received no reply to my email. It’s a fine hotel if you have no issues.
