「Comparing same price range and hotel class, the rooms are much smaller in size, the lighting in poor (entrance and walkway to bathroom is dark), the entrance is very large and spacious but only 1 sofa for guests to sit / wait, the staff doesn’t greet guests as they walk in, the cleaning staff still comes in to clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. Overall there are better same class hotel with better customer service, larger rooms and better overall value for your money.」

「It’s an old hotel that’s what makes it charm! I hope they won’t make renovations and destroy the « cachet ». Our room was HUGE, and there were all the equipements that you usually finds in hotel room, and lot of storage. They also installed a little baby bed for us, it was lovely. We didn’t try the pool, so I can’t tell, but the breakfast offered was delicious and more than generous. 」
