Great Place to Stay

Great quiet place with a nice pool. Friendly reception staff and good facilities. It's a nice distance from Villamoura and easy to find. Definitely recommend.

A very scenic hotel - would return

A great stay at such a beautiful hotel. The layout of the rooms/gardens creates a feeling of privacy which was much appreciated. The pool area was scenic and generally quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely return :)

Amazing place!

Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this absolute gem in Villamoura. Room spacious clean large with lovely grass garden and sun loungers Huge stunning pool with jacuzzi Gym on site and tennis courts Sauna steam massages Outstanding staff Carla in reception and her team cannot do enough to help ensure stay is perfect Cleaners are so lovely and cleaning is done to a high standard Grounds gardens maintained to a high standard

Outstanding service and staff

This may sound funny, but I give this place five stars based solely on the quality of their staff. The facilities and infrastructure are in need of updating, and staying there during the off-season during a cool temperature snap didn’t help… but the overall guest experience is excellent. If this staff were representing a brand new resort, they would never have an opening. Worth the stay just to experience what quality service really means.

Nice apartment in convenient location

Extremely helpful and friendly reception staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Apartment very cosy with well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of seating and dining space. Huge bed but quite hard. Air con in living room and bedroom. Nice terrace (but a lot of ants). No UK TV channels even though advertised. Internet patchy. Nice pool area. Lukewarm coffee in poolside bar and staff there not as friendly as reception. Would stay again.

Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful. Cons: the apartment had very basic utensils, and in general was a bit tired. The pool bar made great cocktails and had a happy 3hours everyday but sadly the food was not that great. There were no restaurants nearby but Uber/Bolt readily available.

There was a bit of rubbish around the back of our apartment . not directly in front of it but outside the kitchen window . when we looked out on it . overall the place was clean and lovely it was just a shame it was there .

Worth noting that there is a large summer nightclub, Lick, very close by. It is open July and August, from 12-6am every night. If you want to go to Lick this would be a great place to stay. If you don’t, like we didn’t, then be prepared to have loud music playing throughout the night - loud enough to wake us up.

Outstanding acommodation and great staff

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. It is quiet and on the edge of Vilamoura, so very good for access to both Albufeira and Vilamoura (but recommend a car). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The acommodation is nicer than the photos and very spacious. We had a premium ground floor apartment and it was so comfortable and tastefully furnished. Each night there was a knock on the door and a continental breakfast delivered for next morning - this was an unexpected bonus. There is a large pool on site and loads of comfy sunloungers. Everything is great quality e.g. very nice outdoor furniture. Will definately stay again and could not have been happier.

Les appartements mériteraient un bon coup de rénovation, Emplacement très bruyant, boîte de nuit à proximité ouverte toute la nuit jusque 6h du matin et les fenêtre ne sont pas adaptées (simple vitrage). Le personnel de la piscine pas agréable et ne fait que le strict minimum, on a l’impression de les déranger. Ils se posent le soir avec leur amis musique à fond dans la piscine alors qu’il est écrit 20h piscine fermée mais ce n’est pas le cas et ils ne sont pas discret. Entre la piscine, musique jusque 22/23 h et ensuite cela enchaîne avec la boîte de nuit impossible de dormir. Personnel de l’accueil, pas plus compétent que ceux de la piscine. Bref on a pas apprécié cet endroit et nous ne sommes pas prêt d’y retourner. Message pour expédia, veillez à contrôler les établissements avec lesquels vous travailler cela impact beaucoup votre image. Pourtant je suis un client régulier mais la vraiment c’était je pense mes pires vacances. Donc pour finir établissement pas du tout recommandable.
