Nice sunny accommodation

Very nice and practical accommodation. We enjoyed the sunny terraces. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and solved our problem quickly. Altura is a lovely little town with a very beautiful beach. The house is a pleasant walk from the ocean (about 10-15 min). The beds are very comfortable and the neighbors are nice. I recommend a handrail on the wall by the stairs, because the stairs are slippery and an older person needs support

No geral foi uma boa estadia

Negativo: Virem arranjar um estore na véspera de me ir embora quando ele estava avariado quando eu cheguei à casa. E vieram arranjar sem avisar depois da hora de almoço e ficaram meia hora connosco dentro de casa foi constrangedor. A piscina estava com o motor avariado logo que chegamos e ficamos 2 dias sem piscina o que foi mau com 3 crianças a quererem usá-la. Não terem um toldo ou chapéu na zona de mesa de refeições ao pé da churrasqueira assim não é possível utilizá-la na hora do sol. Positivo: A casa é grande bem mobilada com uma bela piscina e bem localizada perto de várias praias e várias localidades. A equipa de suporte deu sempre resposta aos meus pedidos o timing para fazer a resolução deles é que não foi o melhor. Mas no geral foi óptima a estadia.

A estadia na Villa Altura Dreams foi muito agradável. O alojamento é bem estruturado, funcional e confortável, ideal para dias de descanso. Embora a limpeza pudesse ser melhor, a experiência no geral foi positiva. Destaco o excelente serviço da Rental Valley, sempre disponíveis e profissionais – fizeram toda a diferença durante a nossa estadia.

Ein schönes Haus, dass aber besser gemanagt werden müsste.

Das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Allerdings waren zwei Rollos defekt und daher einer der Schlafräume nicht benutzbar. Eine Reparatur erfolgte während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht, obwohl wir den Schaden sofort bei Rental Valley gemeldet haben.
