“Few issues:
1. If we book via Expedia, we lose from privileges like
a) No free Shuttle from airport
b) No free Breakfast
But it is not mentioned in Expedia app when we book.
2. The room had some snacks like Chips, Kit-Kat, Nuts. But we missed a hidden note on the side that said, it will all be charged. ”

“This hotel is located close to airport, and should provide free airport pick-up service as given in the hotel homepage. I asked for this pick-up service because I was first time in India, speaking no Indian and landing very late at 10:30 pm. I sent in advance 4 emails (the first email 3 weeks ahead) via Hotels.com to ask for the service, but NO REPLY at all. At the end it cost me a great effort to arrive in this hotel, short before midnight. Unlucky that I got a very noisy room in the 2nd……
