“El edificio como tal es hermoso, nos instalamos en un loft para 7 personas, es practicamente una casita de campo moderna, 4 baños, 4 tv's, una especie de sala recibidor, a mi y a mis hijos les encantó, se sentía muy bien el ambiente. El único detalle fue la ruta para llegar, ya que está en una calle muy empinada que te puede dar un poco demiedo subir y forzar tu unidad, sobre todo si es de poca potencia. “This is a very quiet place in a noisy city. It is safe an clean with a well stocked kitchen adequate for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The is a washing machine and dryer if needed. This is a much better option than a hotel I my opinion. Additionally they were very helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport at 4:00 for our return trip home. I would stay here again if I returned to Oaxaca.”

“Great ample compound., very quiet but close to everything. Lush trees, great pool. The homes themselves were not particularly special, but are clean and functional. Very limited kitchen utensils, in case you want to cook there. Check in experience was ok, but the local caretaker hours are limited. Overall a good experience!”

“Ming was there to welcome us, and introduce her housekeeper Socorro who proved to be a very delightful, accommodating person. Fortunately, our group spoke enough Spanish collectively to get along with Socorro. The breakfasts and a couple of dinners were very well prepared. Overall, we were satisfied with the Holiday House. The location in San Felipe de Agua was further away from the downtown area than we anticipated. It took 20-30 minutes to travel to Zocalo, and taxis cost more like 100 pesos……

“Visiting oaxaca”

“La relacion de precio/calidad me parece justa. Se puede llegar caminando al centro y tenia lugar para guardar nuestros coches El unico detalle es que no tenia presion la regadera de nuestra habitacion salia muy poca agua. Tiene un espacio compartido con las otras habitaciones donde hay sala, microondas y refrigerador que son de utilidad si compras alimentos que necesiten conservarse o calentarse. ”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and felt very secure. There was incredible detail in everything that showed the owners put real thought into making this a nice place to stay. The kitchen is small so not good for large meal prep but has everything you need for basic meals. There are also some common on the roof and in the front for hanging out. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Centro was a 10 min taxi ride and they usually showed up within 2-3 mins. The owner……

“The apartment is spacious with a newer, very nice build-out. Each of the 3 bedrooms were quite comfortable with a balcony off the master (and the living room). The location was ideal for exploring the area and for easy, walkable access to desired restaurants. Gene was very responsive and offered great suggestions. Street noise was a bit of an issue but a worthwhile trade off given the excellent, close-in city location.”

“The perfect rental for our five day trip in Oaxaca. Great location to easily get around anywhere in Centro. Secure and clean with lots of space and very comfortable. Olga, the owner, was amazing and I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again.”
