「One thing I can say, it was my first time doing everything electronic, I was skeptical. Had all the what if’s❤️ the communication was impeccable! You can not go wrong booking this suite! 「There are a couple of grocery stores nearby and the prices are normal, even cheaper than back in Canada, since the place is not in a tourist area. The host was very nice and was very proactive at giving us directions and figuring out the best routes. 「Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Not worth the extra $. Although it has a shuttle that goes 24 hrs.,it is the only shuttle that takes guests to locations. Only seats 6. Did not show up to pick me up at the airport (reason I chose hotel) even though I called and texted 24 hrs ahead. Was told to find a taxi bc they couldn’t come for me. Last, it was so HOT and it was only MAY. Amenities like SPA, cold hot tub, no explanation of amenities, etc.」

「the staff is really nice, we got big help.just take bus 105 &50 from train terminal than walk few minutes. and the bus 81&51 near hotel can go to famous pointview. It's very convenient. We arrival Lodi at 8, and we are hungry and tired. The staff help us to call to order pizza with no extra charge and no service charge in pizza, it's really nice.」

「Location is good, just 5 mins walk from the San Giovanni metro station. Room is large enough and mostly clean, but the room is not soundproof. Light breakfast is included with croissant, toast and drinks. The receptionist helped us to look for lost clothes in the garden which was must appreciated. Thank you.」
