「Spotless hotel with great hosts. A great find in a beautiful location. Restaurant pizza downstairs was excellent. I hope to return someday again. 」

Især personalet - både i receptionen, rengøringen og i restauranten - skal have en ekstra stjerne for at være glade, interesserede og servicemindet. 「Di passaggio in una gita di tre giorni. Bellissima struttura con personale molto preparato e gentile. Non mi capitava da una vita (e 30/40 notti all’anno le passo in hotel…) di essere accompagnato in camera dai receptionist. Bravi! Una piccola pecca. In fase di prenotazione non era scritto da nessuna parte che non era attivo il ristorante e siamo dovuti andare in centro a cena. Ottimo lo stesso.」

「If I could give 6 ⭐️s I would! My husband and I were pampered by this friendly, cosy family hotel. Our room had a fantastic view of the dolomite mountains and it was spacious and clean. We had gourmet breakfasts and dinner included with our stay and the 4 course dinners were outstanding. There is a hotel shuttle that will take you to nearby lifts and bring you back with quick, efficient service. What stood out about this hotel is that the staff from owners, restaurant manager, waiters,...

「Servizio e cortesia fanno da padroni al Palazzo Lodron Bertelli. Gli host gestiscono la struttura con amore e cura trattando i clienti con inesauribile gentilezza e premura. Accedendo direttamente dalla struttura si può godere della spa del Borgo della Salute, un’ulteriore coccola del nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo per un weekend sugli sci (impianto di Pinzolo a 5/10 min e di Madonna di Campiglio a 15/20 min)」
