Our approximately 75 m2 holiday apartment is in a quiet and sunny location and is the best starting point for both relaxing days on site and a wide range of activities in the surrounding area.
For example, the freely accessible beaches of the Silbersee are just a 3-minute walk from the house and, in addition to 2 large lawns, a restaurant, there are other leisure activities such as beach volleyball, fitness equipment and tennis. The Gerlitzen Alpe ski area is only 12 minutes by car from the house and 8 other ski areas can be reached in a maximum of 40 minutes by car, including Carinthia's largest ski area at Nassfeld.
The Karawankenblick holiday apartment is modern and upscale and can accommodate up to 6 people, who can make themselves comfortable in 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed and on a comfortable sofa bed in the living area (particularly suitable for children and teenagers). A cot can be provided for the living area on request.
In the living-dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired and a large table for eating and playing games in the evening. The holiday apartment also has a very nice, large bathroom with 2 sinks, a large bathtub + shower + toilet + washing machine. The second bathroom (right next to the 2nd bedroom) is smaller, but still fully equipped (shower, sink, toilet).
The living-dining room offers space to relax, where you can plan the next day's excursion program in the evening, for example, using the free high-speed internet connection. There you will also find a modern and large flat-screen TV including CANAL+ Internet TV with 80+ TV channels (including selected UEFA games) and a very extensive online video library.
The holiday apartment has direct access to the garden via the patio door, where you can start the morning with breakfast or end the day with a cozy barbecue evening.

p.s. At the end of 2024, the Karawankenblick holiday apartment was extensively renovated and now exudes the charm of a brand new apartment. The terrace will be refurbished in spring 2025.
