「Friendly staff, convenient shuttle service (at a surcharge), spacious and comfortable room although basic. Bus stop to Verona just a few steps away from hotel and Dossobuono train station is about 10-minute walk from hotel - convenient transport link as long as you pay attention to the bus / train schedule. 」

「We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...

「This was a really lovely hotel, rooms were lovely and spacious. I personally liked the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, however it can get so busy that it is not possible to use at times. I think having two jacuzzis or a time limit would make it a fair use for everyone. The outdoor pool was exceptionally nice, he came over to clean it many times. My only criticism is the two breakfast ladies staff were very rude and kept breaking cups around us, so quite dangerous at times … ALSO breakfast options...

「Pretty good as a solo traveler, the bus also stops literally in front of the hotel to go downtown which was very convenient.」

「Buffet breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity. Location is a little bit off the town centre, but taxis were easily available and affordable. The only issue was the bath tub which was pretty high for getting in and out. Showers would have been much more appreciated.」
