“We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby……

“Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und auf unsere Zimmer geführt. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Die Empfehlung für ein in fünf Gehminuten erreichbares Restaurant haben wir gerne angenommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Frühstück in einem wunderschönen Raum war phenomenal - frisches Obst, Eier nach Wunsch zubereitet, Wurst und Käse, verschiedenste Kuchen und Backwaren, Müsli usw. Wir werden hier gerne wieder Station machen. Vielen Dank!”

“Amazing location right next to everything in Verona. No receptionist. But will give it a 5 based on price and location. Outdated AC.”

“This hotel is in 25 mins driving distance from Verona center. I reserved a 4 persons room and it is very spacious with a washing machine inside. The kitchen is well equipped with some cooking utensils, very convenient. There’s is two separated area for a double bed and two single beds, very comfortable and relax. This is the best hotel for my trip to Italy. Valuable in price and highly recommended.”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Camera molto ampia con aria condizionata, in posizione comoda per i parchi divertimento del Garda. Personale gentile e super disponibile, check in in autonomia facile e veloce. Colazione ottima con prodotti locali. Parcheggio a 100m dalla struttura con disco orario. Nel complesso un’ottima esperienza. La consiglio e ringrazio per l’ottima accoglienza.”
