“Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, rooms were clean, no bedbugs, only complaint is the kitchenette. People have stolen everything from them (utensils, pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates) and people should have to pay a refundable security deposit when they stay incase they do steal. There is also a usable printer and computer by front desk which is very helpful being as a lot of the parking places around New Orleans requires a print of your parking pass put in the windshield.”

“ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Peaceful, quiet, sophisticated, luxurious boutique with perfectly lovely staff. The restaurant and porch dining area are out of this world. The food is spectacular, creative and delicious-so much so that it was the best food we had in New Orleans. The street car to the French Quarter is a couple of blocks away, and the architecture of the Garden District is stunning. “The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”
