“The cleaning staff were absolutely horrible. I had to beg for towels and cleaning products. However, the reception staff were helpful to restore some sanity. They went above and beyond to aid me during a GI illness during my trip. Kudos to them! Should fire all cleaning staff immediately. They were rude and obnoxious.”

I reserved my stay for 2 days, but, I was in the middle of moving to Touba that I didn’t sleep more than 6 hours in the room OR have the opportunity to eat at the hotel restaurant. But overall great experience and would recommend this residence to family and friends. ”

“Als ich angekommen war das Apartment total dreckig. Und die Bilder auf die Seite entsprechen nicht die Realität. Ich habe ein anderes bekommen, war in Ordnung. Dennoch viel zu verbessern und die Gegend ist ziemlich laut. Punkt: die Besitzerin und der Hausmeister waren sehr nett. Und es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe.”

“I paid the room through hotel.com but Hotel say that they don't receive any money and the hotel is full. Hotel answer customer service (hotel.com) that they don't speak English. They do not refunding the money back to hotel.com”

“Bevause of a delayed plane arrival I needed to get in touch with the hotel to ensure I could access my room after hours. I reached out several times and never received a response. Since this hotel does not tefund the booking fee, they do not care after you booked.”

The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. The room was clean and comfortable, though a few areas could use some updating. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the check-in process was quick and easy. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing.”
