“The hotel addresss at Hotels.com is not the same as the actual hotel address. The hotel business card address is not the same as the the hotel address showing in Yango app. It is a disaster finding the address. Yango app always took me to another address. The owner has to fix this immediately. Not good to get lost everywhere and keep calling the hotel to find the address especially if we don’t have connection.
The staff is the best in this hotel. They’re very nice but it’s not their fault the……

I made a confirmed, non-refundable booking for my wife through Hotels.com and paid in full online. When she arrived at Bi Hotel Sarl in Dakar, they refused to let her check in and told her they don’t accept online payments — only cash.
This is completely dishonest. Why list your hotel on a major platform if you won’t honor online bookings?
They waited until she got there to demand cash, even though the booking was already paid. No refund offered. No help.……

“I liked the location. It was very close to the Conference i wa attending. The security staff was also great. They helped get cabs before I downloaded two ride-sharing services and even then, they checked the license plate number. The young women at the front were great despite the fact that my French is minimal and only one staff had very good English. They were very helpful!”
