They listened to our frustration, did a quick but thorough job of checking us in, the room was spotless, and the person at the front desk when we left was very helpful and kind. "Lots of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Nice neighborhood with a great fenced backyard for a visiting dog. Almost a TV in every room. I saw another review that said there was not a second master suite, but I don’t think they realized the second one is on the lower level. Private BR with attached bath. We really liked the heated game room. "
