"It's a beautiful property with lots of shops within a mile. They really made it feel like you were someone out of town. My husband and I went to visit for a staycation and it was really nice for a getaway. I love what they are doing for the Christmas season as well. As a person who loves everything Christmas, the decor was cute and it's creative to keep people coming during the winter months also known as Kansas City Pool off season. Great job. I hope they invite us back to try the food. That is the only thing we didn't get a chance to experience. "

"Our room and the hotel overall were very clean and quiet. The staff was excellent—especially Tyson, who helped us right away when we had an issue with the air-freshener system in the hallway. Our only concern was that the air-freshener unit near our room was extremely strong. We would stay here again, but we would request a room farther away from one of these units. The scent level should really be turned down, as guests with allergies or sensitivity to strong smells may be affected. My husband’s eyes were burning, and my sinuses were irritated by the intensity."
