“This was a charming little town. Surrounded by olive groves and so beautiful. You can take a bus to the train station and be in Rome in an hour for 8€. We enjoyed staying outside the city. The hotel was lovely with good coffee and pastries for breakfast. They had great dinners too at their restaurant. The staff were all wonderful and so helpful. This was the only hotel with a smart TV, and it was nice to watch a show before bed after exploring. ”

"入住當晚，酒店表示第二天早上將對房間升級，至第二天早上又說過一日升級，結果最後說不能升級。我訂四人套房，實際上只是在中間拉個簾子，另兩單人床放在另一面墻邊。並非真套房，且價格貴過訂兩間雙人房。我到櫃檯要求換兩間雙人房，櫃檯人員記下表示要經理批准然後一直再無下文。這樣的服務真是很差！且浴室設備陳舊，洗水盆有裂紋。"
