New apartment in a quiet street behind the main square of the village. Simius Beach 1.5 km away, accessible on foot, by bus or car.

The apartment is structured in 2 floors, for about 100 square meters:
- Floor 1: Living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and 2 balconies
- Floor 2: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom
and a balcony

Commercial activities of various kinds (supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops ...) within 100 meters.

Very convenient house

I am very pleased to stay a few days in this house. Anna and her husband (the owners) are extremely kind and careful at all times. The place is very nice and clean and very well situated within Villasimius. My only comment is that I would prefer to have WI-FI but I know they are going to fix this issue. However I recommend this place 100%.
