“Familiar with Villasimius we wanted to change from our usual accommodation and booked for the 1st time Le Bouganville. We booked a panoramic appartment and result was outstanding. The view was extraordinary with la isola dei cavoli and Capo Carbonara on one side and the countryside view at the back with herds of ewes and rural life. The appartment was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Good bar service for the "aperitivo". We hardly used the pool but it it was quiet and relaxing. 10 Minutes walk……

“Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, das Haus war sehr sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe trotz Sprachbarrieren reibungslos. Ein Hinweis auf die vielen, teils recht hohenTreppenstufen, wäre vorab hilfreich gewesen. Mülltrennung wird akribisch gewünscht, aber die Tonnen stellt der Gast raus. Das Haus liegt in einem separaten Areal, die Straße wird mit elektrischer Schranke gesperrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nicht fussläufig erreichbar. Strand über eine steile Treppe bei Hitze mit guter Fitness……

“Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unproblematisch und freundlich. Wir wurden mit Wein für die Großen und Süßigkeiten für die Kleinen begrüßt. Wir haben uns in dem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Haus wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Von Villasimius sind unzählige schöne Strände gut erreichbar, ein Mietwagen ist aber ratsam. Der Ortskern lädt zum Bummeln ein. Wir bedanken uns bei Michele. Grazie mille!”

“Siamo stati in questa villetta due settimane. Posizione fantastica, a 50 mt dalla spiaggia di campus molto bella, ma comodo anche il paese raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Presente una doccia condominiale esterna comoda al rientro dalla spiaggia. Casa spaziosa, con addirittura la macchinetta del caffè nespresso! Sul davanti della casa ampia terrazza dove poter mangiare con vista mare. Proprietario molto gentile. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto risolto in pochissimo! Sicuramente da consigliare!”

“Die Unterkunft hat es an nichts vermissen lassen. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sauber und der Gastgeber Roberto war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da wir nachts ankamen hatte er uns freundlicherweise ein paar Flaschen Wasser bereit gestellt. Ebenfalls konnten wir am Abreisetag länger als bis 10 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen.”

“Selten eine so saubere Unterkunft gesehen! Die Wohnung ist wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wir hätten uns nicht wohler fühlen können. In der typischen kleinen Küche :) (zu zweit steht man sich ziemlich auf den Füßen) findet man alles, was man braucht. Klimaanlage, Dusche (mit ordentlicher Temperatur und vernünftigen Wasserdruck), Internet und Waschmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum! Anders als auf den Bildern zu sehen gibt es sogar neue schöne……

“Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen. Man kommt zu Fuss in wenigen Gehminuten zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Man hat von der einen Seite Morgensonne und von der anderen Seite Abendsonne. Die Aussicht spricht für Sich. Die Küche ist sehr klein gehalten. Wenn man für eine ganze Familie Kochen möchte ist der Platz dafür eher knapp. Der Kontakt mit dem Büro verdient einen extra Stern. Pünktlich, nett, zuvorkommend, vertrauenswürdig. Wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Wir kommen……

“Siamo stati 2 settimane in questa casetta dove ci siamo trovati molto bene, la posizione è fantastica, proprio attaccata alla spiaggia di campus! Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento molto pulito con tutto in ordine, ben rifornito di stoviglie e altri accessori. Gli spazi sono piccolini ma ci si sta bene in 4, noi eravamo 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Dal terrazzo sopra la casa si gode di una vista stupenda, qualcosa di unico!”

“Top Lage, direkter Meeranschluss ( in dieser Saison fast keine Leute, Strand für sich), sauber, Check in: Dame konnte kein Englisch, war aber sehr bemüht und freundlich ( hat Tochter zum Übersetzen mitgenommen). Liest man das online-Inserat, hat man den Eindruck, dass das Haus freistehend ist. Das war am Anfang grad eine kleine Enttäuschung. Super Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, wie Whats app immer erreichbar. Traumurlaub mit Traumlage!!”
