“We came in for the Atlas Obscura music festival surrounding the total eclipse and were astonished and delighted to find Evan’s listing. The property is well designed, impeccably redone and tastefully decorated two bedroom one bath with an adorable eat in kitchen with banquettes looking out over a beautiful garden area. The neighborhood eateries are amazing! I will be coming back!!!”

“My family of 3 really enjoyed this spacious house. It was beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. I really enjoyed the massage couch. The host were very attentive and answered all my questions quickly. They made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here. The only down side was the dog hair on everything. I don’t have a pet so it was a little annoying to have dog hair on my socks and all over the on the rugs. Other than that it was awesome.”

“The house is very clean and has so many little extras. New TVs throughout and patio furniture that are not in the pictures were an added bonus! Location is perfect - just minutes away from everything.”

Conveniently 10 minutes from restaurants/Walmart. 3 min from Dollar General. Only complaint is you cannot run hot water in sink while in shower or expect a cold shower. Also bring your own bath soap.”

Some poor attempts were made to fix the issue but during our 3 weeks there, internet was out over half the time. And there was no true urgency to fix it until the day before our move out. Other issues included an unpleasant smell that greeted you when you entered the house, overly loud heating and air, and an unstable primary bed. Overall, it feels like the……
