We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready. ”

“I am so happy that I chose Hotel Magic for our stay in Nazaré. The hotel is in great condition and the room had everything I needed: a comfy bed, perfect pillows, a kettle, a mini-fridge, amazing shower pressure and a nice breakfast selection. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful and I really liked the location of the hotel too. It was only minutes to walk to the seafront but I was still able to drive to my location and leave my car on the hotel’s extremely secure underground garage.……
