Worth to recomend

Just 2 days for a short visit to Småland NE. The hotell was OK, But the buffé on Sunday night was not worth the money. Chargin my car was easy. The location very good.

The hotel makes a very good impression from the outside and has plenty of free parking.The reception at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. The only annoyance in the room, which was large enough overall, was the constant supply of cool air via a room ventilation system (not the air conditioning system that can be switched off, this was switched off and in another corner of the room), which could not be switched off. The breakfast was very good and varied.

Well, there's a first for everything, and this marks my inaugural negative hotel review. Just a few squares of toilet paper left and one towel short, dust on the floor and dirt on the walls. On the bright side, breakfast offered a decent spread. Service could have been better.

Well, there's a first for everything, and this marks my inaugural negative hotel review. With just a few squares of toilet paper left and one towel MIA, the abundance of dust bunnies on the floor and snorkels adorning the walls really tied together the 'charm' of the place. On the bright side, breakfast offered a decent spread, although the flies seemed to think the ham and cheese were the main attraction. As for the reception service, they weren't outright rude, but 'friendly' wasn't in their vocabulary that day.

Okay family hotel

Okay hotel for families with small kids, however the rooms and hotel could use some updating. The hotel food where very poor.

Friendly staff, tired hotel appearance

We stayed 4 nights because of visit to Astrid Lindgrens Värld. And overall conclusion that it is a nice hotel, but we do not understand how it has 4 staff, and you do not get value for money. One of us is in a wheel chair, so it is important with handicap friendly room. Unfortunately the promised bath chair was not available the first night. Staff tried to help, but still not ok as we had written in advance and underlined the need. Furthermore the room was not so well for wheel chair due to a small hallway in the room. And it is placed right next to the common area so a lot of noise from people talking during the evening. The rooms were not too clean, and it was not clear on how to arrange cleaning. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is not well isolated so there was a lot of noise from the other rooms. What is good about the hotel is that there is a nice common area, and it is possible to store food in freezer and fridge. When in car the location is ok when visiting Astrid Lindgrens Värld and her fb Staff is friendly and helpful, but we’re puzzled how the hotel has obtained 4 stars.
