Perfect for the family getaway, this home will meet all of your holiday expectations. Just park your car in the garage, sit back and relax or take an easy walk to one of the best beaches in Jervis Bay.
Duplex by the Sea is comfortably furnished over two levels and features bay views from the front balcony, an alfresco dining setting in the big backyard and spa bath in the main bathroom.

SECURITY BOND
A security bond of $500 may be required depending on your method of booking.
You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.

$50 BBQ cleaning fee will be applied if the BBQ is left unclean after use.
