“The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. Thanks!”

The house was very clean and located in a great little neighborhood with easy access to everything we wanted to do on the Cape! Communications with Maria were excellent and the welcome binder included all the info we could have needed and more.”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely, two-level home. It’s very clean with comfy beds. We had nice evening walks in their quaint neighborhood; it was also a convenient drive into historic Sandwich. The only bummer was thinking that we’d be able to use the kayaks & canoe. My three teenagers were very disappointed. The site should make it clear that those are only available between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Otherwise, great place!”

“The apartment was spotless! Open and airy. The host left excellent instructions, and a phone number if needed. We did and he responded immediately and problem resolved. I have only one suggestion. You need more than one mirror It’s located in the bathroom. Need another either in hall or bedroom I would recommend this apartment to anyone”

“We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues. We couldn’t get in through the front door at all we had to go in through the garage. There were no potholders for cooking. Missing sugar for morning coffee. Napkins and tissues also unavailable. The only major concern that was an inconvenience neither of the bathrooms had heat. Thank you We will definitely be back again”

“We had 3 family birthdays this week & for the 1st time in years we were all together. What made it extra special was this fantastic property & superb location. Maria was so easy to communicate with, it just made everything super smooth. When you get the weather here in the creeks and rivers it is an incredibly enjoyable place to stay, protected kayaking, peaceful yet close to the shops at Mashpee Commons for all the essentials. “On the whole, we enjoyed our stay. Had informed Vacasa that we wouldn’t arrive in Falmouth until midnight 4/25 (as we picked up relatives at Logan Airport), but it hadn’t been forwarded: the sloping entry to the cottage was pitch-dark! In the morning we found garbage cans tipped over, & trash strewn all around the yard —the same thing happening the second night (both times we had to clean up a mess). We requested an hour’s leeway for departing 4/27, which was to have been relayed to local owner;……

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Easy to find, down a well-maintained dirt road. Check-in was a breeze. Private and quiet. The woods surrounding the property were peaceful and welcome. Deer in the front yard, turkeys in the back, rabbits all around. Super clean and comfy! Weather was spectacular affording many walking opportunities both from and near this rental. Biking would be a plus. Have been renting in April on MV for years...this new location is a prize winner!”
