「i like here. beautiful place, beautiful view. good english manager, and you can ask him any questions for advise anytime through whatsapp.」

「The staff is really helpful and nice. The facilities are great, there are sauna, theater and mini golf course. The breakfast they served taste good, especially the crab meat noodle soup. However, the location is a bit far away from the city. We can still order food via grab.」

「The room is not as described, the air conditioning is not working, wifi is not connecting, lacking amenities, very bad」

「Very busy & noisy. Very difficult getting up/ down lifts. Poor shower water pressure. Bugs in the bathroom & kitchen so substandard cleaning. Hard mattress. Not as good as it appears in the pictures.」
