"The stay was okay but the place desperately needs renovations done. The room door I could see through it. I put a chair at the door and put the broom handle at the lock. I was afraid someone might break in. The safe didn’t work either. The vent made noises all night but I was able to get through it somehow. It was cold and the heat did not work. Other than that, everything was ok. The good side was that it is in a very good spot away from the crowds. A lot to see on that side. The staff was especially nice, I appreciated that."

"The property was nice enough. Got a good price on a room due to terrible weather Memorial Day weekend that seemed to lead to a ton of cancellations. Room itself was very nice, well laid out, perfect for a family. Staff was friendly and helpful as well, but seemed like their hands were tied on some operational issues. Again, terrible weather so it would have been nice is advertised heated pool was functioning. Went to desk to see about purchasing soap and getting quarters for laundry machines (took quarters only) and they were out of both. Service at the restaurant left a lot to be desired and to food was just meh. Also kid of crazy that the two elevator in the main lobby operate on separate call buttons. This leads to guests on every floor calling both cars, leading to longer than necessary wait times. Should be one call panel for both cars."

"This property is NOT the experience they post online. The property itself is a disgrace, mold spots all over the ceilings, old disgusting furniture, the mattress legit had a DIP in there center. I started sneezing and wheezing from the minute I checked into the property. Addressed it with staff and they said there was nothing they could do, waited 3 hours for a Manager to get back to me, before I finally checked out and found a new hotel. I contacted Hotels.com to remedy the situation and they ensured the Manager would make it right. I still have yet to hear anything. I simply ask for a refund, and if this is for a Family vacation STEAR CLEAR of this place. I took plenty of pictures and plan to continue to escalate this until it's made Right!!!"

"Check in staff on 5/30/2025 was great, very helpful, very professional and friendly. Room had literally just been painted and the fumes were horrific. Safe was inoperable. Same friendly staff changed my room. There was no room services for three nights/4 days. No sweetner for coffee. We wanted to extend our stay due to a flight change. The front desk staff on 6/1/2025 was night and day different from a hospitality industry standpoint. Not helpful at all. Not interested in assisting in any way. Her primary focus was getting me away from the front desk soa he could get back to her personal phone. There is a reason I try to stay brand loyal to Marriott."

"Rooms were musty smelling and damp Sheets had mildew on them and when asked to change them, they didn’t Rooms were dusty and the ac unit was sitting on broken wood Mold by the refrigerators on the carpet The beach view was very nice and the pools Were also nice Not recommended for long stays"

"- The staff members were super friendly - The breakfast was ok except for Sunday morning. - The carpet and floor in our room needs a deep cleaning - We had to wait for clean wash cloths till about 2130 hrs our 2nd night. - Location and ocean view is great for me - I am displeased with having to pay for parking, I booked through a 3rd party and remember reading that the number I saw was the amount I would pay. I was surprised to learn about a 15.00 per day parking charge. I will not stay here again if possible, because of that fee! Last year (July 2025} we stayed at the hotel next to Country inn and that hotel gave us a free parking permit in Country Inn's parking deck (4 nights}."
