The place was nice and clean. Fan in bedroom has a broken leg and is very sharp, the commode in bathroom gets stuck and keeps running. The washer is very loud.

Hello, I recently stayed at PlayaRana property. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay because I found cockroaches in the unit. This made the experience uncomfortable and not up to the cleanliness standards expected. I would like to report this issue and request assistance regarding a resolution.
