Quick getaway

Property was nice, great location, beach just across the street, apartment was wonderful/ big and clean w a great patio view. Definitely stay here again.

Beach trip

Short beach trip, location was great. Was not aware u til after booking that balcony was under construction and not available for use. Room smelled very musty, floor tiles in bathroom were broken, loose, and missing grout. Shower was mildewed. Bedroom wall was dusty.

Location is great. Facility is terrible.

First time at Virginia Beach. Probably won’t stay at Turtle Cay resort again. The card reader to enter premise was not operable for almost two days meaning anyone could enter the facility. We called for washcloths three times and had to go buy our own because laundry wasn’t available. Dirthy dishes were left in the dishwasher when we arrived to our room. We also had to call for all new bedding also do to cleanliness.
